Terms of sale

Except the terms stated below on this page, we meet the general delivery terms according to the agreement made by the Swedish trade association for suppliers of mobile machines, Machine21.

Prices and terms of delivery

Holms Attachments products is only sold through certified dealers. Find your closest dealer on our homepage.
With every product a CE certificate and operator manual is included. It is possible to download a copy from our homepage.

Spare parts.
Within Sweden spare parts are sold directly from Holms Attachments or a certified dealer. Outside of Sweden all spare parts are sold only through a dealer. On our homepage you can find lists of spare parts for all of our attachments. By stating product and serial number you get the right list, where you can find the article number for the required spare part.

Price is in Swedish crowns, exclusive VAT, shipping and packaging. Spare parts is delivered from FCA Holmsvägen 54 Motala, Sweden. INCOTERMS®2020.

The seller owns the right to arrange transport if no other agreement has been made. Shipping cost is debited in accordance to means of transport and actual cost.

Right of return for 30 days for stocked spare parts. A copy of package or shipping note must be included.

Terms of payment.
Invoices for goods delivered by Holms are due for payment 30 days after invoice date. Always include the invoice number upon payment. Payment that reaches us after due date may be charged with a late fee. In special cases Holms Attachments reserves the right to demand payment in front.

Warranty 12 months.

Holms guarantees that attachments and spare parts meet the specifications of technical documentation such as catalogues, spare parts lists and driver instructions. The warranty is valid within 12 months of the attachment being delivered to the end customer and covers only product defects that are production and engineering related. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, incorrect installation or normal wear. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover the costs of freight, downtime or impact damage. For the warranty to be valid, the dealer must fill in and submit the accompanying machine card to Holms or the warranty form on our homepage.

Holms Attachments are quality certified according to ISO 9001:2015 by the Burea Veritas. All products are developed in accordance with the European Unions machine directive and are delivered with a CE-certificate.


Complaints are to be taken with a Holms certified dealer. Service and workshop work that falls under our warranty promises, shall be done by the dealers own workshop or a dealer certified workshop. The serial number of the attachment in question must always be included in all communications. If you have any questions, contact Holms or your dealer.

We reserve the right to make changes to equipment specifications (i.e. dimensions, weights, materials, etc.) without a notification.
